Our Roast
Every single batch of our carefully chosen beans is roasted individually in our zero-emissions Bellwether Coffee roaster. This award-winning roaster allows us to prepare our beans on-site without the use of natural gas, ensuring we remain environmentally-conscious without sacrificing the freshness of our small-batch blends.
